Purpose: Counseling must include group counseling which utilizes interpersonal, cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic, and affective methods and strategies to achieve mental, emotional, physical, social, moral, educational, spiritual, and career development and adjustment through the life span; Must be performed directly by a licensed psychologist, licensed professional counselor, or licensed clinical social worker; or licensed marraige and family therapist.
