Common use of GROUP LEGAL PLAN Clause in Contracts

GROUP LEGAL PLAN. It is understood and agreed that $15 per month (or such other amount as may be designated by the Trustees) of contributions designated as “Benefit Contributions” under the Collective Agreement are to be contributions to the IUOE Local 793 Group Legal Benefit Trust.

This addition comes at no additional cost to the Employer but is drawn from the benefit contributions made for the member on a monthly basis.
