Retirement Plans In connection with the individual retirement accounts, simplified employee pension plans, rollover individual retirement plans, educational IRAs and XXXX individual retirement accounts (“XXX Plans”), 403(b) Plans and money purchase and profit sharing plans (collectively, the “Retirement Plans”) within the meaning of Section 408 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended (the “Code”) sponsored by a Fund for which contributions of the Fund’s shareholders (the “Participants”) are invested solely in Shares of the Fund, JHSS shall provide the following administrative services:
Retirement Programs The Company agrees to provide Employees with the benefits under the Magna Group of Companies Retirement Savings Program as set out in the Employee Retirement Savings Program Booklets.
Annuities 1. Changing amount(s) of existing annuity(ies) requires written notice of fifteen (15) weekdays, excluding holidays.
Oregon Public Service Retirement Plan Pension Program Members For purposes of this Section 2, “employee” means an employee who is employed by the State on or after August 29, 2003 and who is not eligible to receive benefits under ORS Chapter 238 for service with the State pursuant to Section 2 of Chapter 733, Oregon Laws 2003.
Annuity 24.1 If the policy schedule states that the insured amount is a surviving dependant's annuity within the meaning of Section 3.125(1)(b) of the Income Tax Act 2001, this article shall apply.
Pension All present employees enrolled in the Hospital's pension plan shall maintain their enrolment in the plan subject to its terms and conditions. New employees and employees not yet eligible for membership in the plan shall, as a condition of employment, enroll in the plan when eligible in accordance with its terms and conditions.
Survivor’s Benefits Benefits for the surviving family members of individuals who have died from COVID–19, including cash assistance to widows, widowers, or dependents of individuals who died of COVID–19.
Defined Benefit Pension Plan 1. The Employer and the Union hereby agree to the continuation of the existing Northern California Glaziers, Architectural Metal and Glass Workers Pension Trust Agreement ("Defined Benefit Pension Trust").
’ Compensation/Employer’s Liability Insurance If Contractor has employees, it shall maintain workers’ compensation insurance as required by law. Employer’s liability limits shall be not less than $1,000,000 for each accident, $1,000,000 as the aggregate disease policy limit, and $1,000,000 as the disease limit for each employee. If Contractor does not have employees, it shall provide a letter, on company letterhead, to the Judicial Council certifying, under penalty of perjury, that it does not have employees. Upon the Judicial Council’s receipt of the letter, Contractor shall not be required to maintain workers’ compensation insurance.
Death Benefit Should Employee die during the term of employment, the Company shall pay to Employee's estate any compensation due through the end of the month in which death occurred.
