Common use of Group Life and Accidental Death & Disability Clause in Contracts

Group Life and Accidental Death & Disability. (a) All regular employees shall participate in a mutually agreed upon group life plan which shall provide for benefits as follows. The cost of the premium shall be borne by the Employer. (1) twice annual salary; (2) accidental death and dismemberment coverage is an amount equal to (1) above.
