Common use of Group Medical and Life Insurance Benefits Clause in Contracts

Group Medical and Life Insurance Benefits. The Bank will provide Executive and Executive's immediate family, and pay for, participation in medical, dental, vision, accident and health benefits as provided to other officers and employees of the Bank, an annual physical examination, and appropriate life and disability insurance, as long as Executive is insurable at a normal premium payment. The Bank’s liability to Executive for any breach of this paragraph shall be limited to the amount of premiums payable by the Bank to obtain the coverage contemplated herein.
