Common use of Group Net Metering Agreement Clause in Contracts

Group Net Metering Agreement. This Agreement creates an obligation by the Customer to pay System Owner the Service Price for the Net Metering Credits attributable to electricity generated by the System and allocated to the Customer Meters in accordance with the Allocation Instructions.

Group Net Metering Agreement. This Agreement creates an obligation by the Customer CUSTOMER to pay System Owner the Service Price OWNER for the benefit of Net Metering Credits attributable to electricity generated by the System Project and allocated to the Customer Consumption Meters in accordance with Section 3 of this Agreement. OWNER, in its sole discretion, shall serve as the Allocation InstructionsAdministrator of this Group Net Metering Arrangement in accordance with this Agreement and applicable law.
