Group RSP. If the Plan is part of a Group RSP. You are required to be an employee or member, or the spouse or common-law partner of the employee or member, of the sponsoring organization of the Group RSP named in the Application (the "Group Sponsor"). You accept the Group Sponsor as your Agent for the purposes of constituting the plan.
