Group Term Long-Term Disability. (LTD) – Medical/Health benefit plans and products will be made available through the Board’s participation in the Health Plan Purchasing Consortium. The medical/health benefit plans, specifications and products available to bargaining unit members will be as designated by the Washtenaw Health Insurance Consortium. The Board’s monthly contribution toward the premium for the LTD plan shall not exceed the lesser of the actual LTD plan costs or $24.89/month. The District may alternatively self-fund all or a portion of LTD coverage.
