Groups of Employees for Insurance Benefits. Shall pertain to regularly scheduled hours of work each week as follows: Employees hired prior to January 1, 2008 Group I Employees working thirty (30) or more hours Group II Employees working at least fifteen (15) hours but less than thirty (30) hours Group III Employees working less than fifteen (15) hours Employees hired on or after January 1, 2008 Group I Employees working thirty-five (35) or more hours Group II Employees working at least twenty (20) hours but less than thirty-five (35) hours Group III Employees working less than twenty (20) hours
