GSK’s Insurance Obligations. GSK shall maintain, at its cost, adequate insurance against liability and other risks associated with its activities and obligations under this Agreement in such amounts and on such terms as are customary in the pharmaceutical industry for the activities to be conducted by it under this Agreement. Alternatively, GSK shall have the right to satisfy its obligations under this Section 11.5.2 through a program of self-insurance. GSK shall furnish to EXEL evidence of such insurance, upon request.
GSK’s Insurance Obligations. GSK hereby represents and warrants to ChemoCentryx that it is self-insured against liability and other risks associated with its activities and obligations under this Agreement in such amounts and on such terms as are customary for prudent practices for large pharma in the pharmaceutical industry for the activities to be conducted by it under this Agreement. GSK shall furnish to ChemoCentryx evidence of such self-insurance, upon request.
GSK’s Insurance Obligations. GSK hereby represents and warrants to Anacor that it is self-insured against liability and other risks associated with its activities and obligations under this Agreement in such amounts and on such terms as are customary for prudent practices for large pharmaceutical companies in the pharmaceutical industry for the activities to be conducted by it under this Agreement. GSK shall furnish to Anacor evidence of such self-insurance, upon request.
GSK’s Insurance Obligations. GSK hereby represents and warrants to Regulus that it is self-insured against liability and other risks associated with its activities and obligations under this Agreement in such amounts and on such terms as are customary for prudent practices for large companies in the pharmaceutical industry for the activities to be conducted by GSK under this Agreement. GSK shall furnish to Regulus evidence of such self-insurance, upon request.
GSK’s Insurance Obligations. GSK hereby represents and warrants to EPIZYME that it is self-insured against liability and other risks associated with its activities and obligations under this Agreement, including its Clinical Trials, the Commercialization of Licensed Products and its indemnification obligations hereunder, in such amounts and on such terms as are customary for large pharmaceutical companies in the pharmaceutical industry for the activities to be conducted by it under this Agreement. GSK shall furnish to EPIZYME evidence of such self-insurance upon request.
GSK’s Insurance Obligations. GSK hereby represents and warrants to KineMed that it is self-insured against liability and other risks associated with its activities and obligations under this Agreement in such amounts and on such terms as are customary for prudent practices for large companies in the pharmaceutical industry for the activities to be conducted by GSK under this Agreement. GSK shall furnish to KineMed evidence of such self-insurance, upon request.
GSK’s Insurance Obligations. GSK hereby represents and warrants to Dynavax that it is self-insured against liability and other risks associated with its activities and obligations under this Agreement in such amounts and on such terms as are customary for prudent practices for large pharmaceutical companies in the pharmaceutical industry for the activities to be conducted by it under this Agreement. GSK shall furnish to Dynavax evidence of such self-insurance upon request.
GSK’s Insurance Obligations. GSK hereby represents and warrants to TELETHON-HSR that it is self-insured against liability and other risks associated with its activities and obligations under this Agreement in such amounts and on such terms as are customary for prudent practices for large pharmaceutical companies in the pharmaceutical industry for the activities to be conducted by it under this Agreement. GSK shall furnish to TELETHON-HSR evidence of such self-insurance upon written request.
GSK’s Insurance Obligations. GSK hereby represents and warrants to Targacept that it is self-insured against liability and other risks associated with its activities and obligations under this Agreement in such amounts and on such terms as are customary for prudent practices for global pharmaceutical companies and agrees that it shall remain so insured throughout the Term. GSK shall furnish to Targacept evidence of such self-insurance, upon request.
GSK’s Insurance Obligations. GSK hereby represents and warrants to Prosensa that it is self-insured against liability and other risks associated with its activities and obligations under this Agreement in such amounts and on such terms as are customary for prudent practices for large pharmaceutical companies in the pharmaceutical industry for the activities for which GSK is responsible under this Agreement. GSK shall furnish to Prosensa evidence of such self-insurance upon written request.
