Prudent Practices definition

Prudent Practices means those practices, methods, specifications and standards of safety and performance, which are commonly used by professional engineering and construction firms which in the exercise of reasonable judgment and in the light of the facts known at the time the decision was made are considered good, safe and prudent practice in connection with the design, engineering, procurement and installation of solar facilities and equipment. Prudent Practices are not intended to be limited to the optimum practice or method to the exclusion of all others, but rather to be a spectrum of reasonable and prudent practices and methods.
Prudent Practices means the standards, practices and methods conforming to Law and that degree of skill and diligence that would reasonably be expected from a skilled and experienced contractor, as the case may be, engaged in the construction of nuclear power plants, and other large industrial construction projects in the United States. Prudent Practices are not limited to optimum practices or methods to the exclusion of others, but rather refer to a reasonable range of commonly used and reasonable practices and methods.
Prudent Practices means for the purpose of the Transporter (Northern Gateway), those practices, methods, techniques and standards that are commonly used under similar circumstances (recognizing without limitation, the construction and operational challenges imposed by the mountainous terrain, aboriginal, marine and environmental issues), In light of the facts known or that reasonably should have been known, by the Transporter, in the pipeline business in Canada or the United states to design, construct, operate and maintain equipment

Prudent Practices means those practices, methods, techniques and standards, as updated from time to time and the exercise of that degree of skill, diligence and prudence that are generally accepted for use in construction industry in India, which would reasonably and ordinarily be expected from a skilled and experienced contractor.
Prudent Practices means the practices generally followed by the electric industry, as changed from time to time, which generally include, but may not be limited to, engineering and operating considerations.
Prudent Practices means those practices, methods, specifications and standards of safety and performance, which are commonly used by professional engineering and construction firms which in the exercise of reasonable judgment and in the light of the facts known at the time the decision was made are considered good, safe and prudent practice in connection with the design, engineering, procurement and installation of solar facilities and equipment. Prudent Practices are not intended to be limited to the optimum practice or method to the exclusion of all others, but rather to be a spectrum of reasonable and prudent practices and methods. As an illustration of this definition, the Parties agree that the practices, methods, specifications and standards of safety and performance set forth in the Sunrun Installer Handbook in Exhibit I represent Prudent Practice, but are not an exhaustive list of reasonable and prudent practices and methods in the industry. Notwithstanding the immediate foregoing, and without limiting other potential violations of this definition of Prudent Practice, a violation of any of the standards of the Sunrun Installer Handbook and/or a failure to conform all Work to the Mandatory Minimum Requirements of Appendix B of the Sunrun Installer Handbook shall be considered by the Parties to be a violation of Prudent Practices.
Prudent Practices means the exercise of that degree of diligence, care, foresight, prudence and skill that would reasonably be expected from a competent, skilled and experienced person in the same type of undertaking in the same or similar circumstances. QCA means the Queensland Competition Authority established under the QCA Act.

Prudent Practices means those practices with respect to Contractor’s performance of the Services which: (1) are required by Applicable Law; (2) ensure Contractor’s safe occupancy of the Facility as contemplated herein; (3) ensure the timely export of Recovered Products in a manner that does not impair Facility capacity; (4) ensure the safe and efficient transportation of the Recovered Products to End Market Facilities in compliance with Applicable Law and the requirements of End Market Facilities; (5) ensure the proper weighing and classification of Recovered Products at End Market Facilities; (6) maximizes Revenue derived from the sale of Recovered Products and ensures timely payment of same by End Market Facilities; and (7) are good industry practices with respect to recycling facilities of a type and size comparable to the Facility.
Prudent Practices means the practices, methods and acts (including but not limited to practice, methods and acts engaged in or approved by a significant portion of the electric utility industry) that at a particular time, in the exercise of reasonable judgment in light of the facts known or which, in the exercise of due diligence, should have been known at the time a decision was made, would have been expected to accomplish the desired result in a manner consistent with reliability, safety, environmental protection, expedition, project economics and applicable laws and regulations for similar facilities in the State.
