GSRs and Char Clause Samples

GSRs and Char. EGAB shall have the option (but not the obligation) to retain the City to dispose of all or part of the Biofuels Facility’s GSRs and/or Char in return for a reduction in the Tipping Fee in accordance with Article 6.11c).
