Guaranteed Contract Storage Capacity. ‌ (i) During the Delivery Term, Seller shall maintain the Storage Facility with a Contract Storage Capacity of not less than the Guaranteed Contract Storage Capacity.   • CONTRACT USAGE AGREEMENT PARTIES Any of the following types of entities that have executed a Contract Usage Agreement with Enterprise Services: ▪ Political subdivisions (e.g., counties, cities, school districts, public utility districts) in the State of Washington; ▪ Federal governmental agencies or entities; ▪ Public-benefit nonprofit corporations (i.e., § 501(c)(3) nonprofit corporations that receive federal, state, or local funding); and ▪ Federally-recognized Indian Tribes located in the State of Washington.

  • Independent Capacity of Contractor The Contractor and Contractor Parties shall act in an independent capacity and not as officers or employees of the state of Connecticut or of the Agency.

THE CUSTODIAN AGREES THAT NO SHAREHOLDER, TRUSTEE, OFFICER OR PARTNER OF ANY FUND MAY BE HELD PERSONALLY LIABLE OR RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY OBLIGATIONS OF ANY FUND ARISING OUT OF THIS AGREEMENT.
