Buyer shall be responsible for all costs, expenses and fees payable or reimbursable to its representative(s) witnessing any Storage Capacity Test.
If the Storage Contract Capacity is adjusted pursuant to a Storage Capacity Test on any day other than the first day of a calendar month, payment shall be calculated separately for each portion of the month in which the different Storage Contract Capacity is applicable.
