Guest Property. The parties shall arrange for Motel guests to sign new deposit box or other appropriate receipts on the day before the Closing Date with respect to baggage, personal property, laundry, valet packages and other property of Motel guests checked or left in the care of Seller by Motel guests or tenants; and, to the extent such receipts are not obtained, such property shall be sealed, listed in an inventory prepared and signed jointly by the parties as of the Closing Date, and Purchaser shall be responsible from and after the Closing Date for all such property listed in said inventory. Seller shall be responsible for all items allegedly left at the Properties by guests prior to Closing and not listed on such inventory.
Guest Property. With respect to each Property, property of guests of the Hotel in Seller’s care, possession or control (excluding that in guest rooms) on the Closing Date shall be handled in the following manner:
Guest Property. Property of guests of the hotel which is left in the care, possession or control of the hotel shall be inventoried on the Closing Date. Prior to the Closing Date, Seller shall be responsible for all such property. From and after the Closing Date, Purchaser shall be responsible for all such property which is identified in such inventory. This Section 14 shall survive the Closing.
Guest Property. The parties shall arrange for hotel guests to sign new deposit box or other appropriate receipts on the day before the Closing Date with respect to baggage, personal property, laundry, valet packages and other property checked or left in the care of Seller by transient hotel guests or tenants or left in lockers by parties using the Project's golf courses; and, to the extent such receipts are not obtained, such property shall be sealed, listed in an inventory prepared and signed jointly by the parties as of the Closing Date, and Purchaser shall be responsible from and after the Closing Date for all such property listed in said inventory. Seller shall be responsible for all items allegedly left at the Project by guests prior to Closing and not listed on said inventory.
Guest Property. The Hotel shall not be liable for any loss or damage to property owned by, or in the custody of, the Client’s guests, employees, agents or others. Safe deposits boxes are available for the use.
Guest Property. All baggage and other property belonging to guests of a Hotel ("Guest Property") that is in the care, possession, or control (including, without limitation, checked baggage and property left in safe deposit boxes) of a Bass Party on the day prior to the Closing Date shall continue in the care, possession, or control of such Bass Party or shall be appropriately transitioned to the Manager if such Bass Party is not the Manager. Bass shall be responsible for, and shall indemnify and hold FCH harmless from and against any claim for, Guest Property placed in the care, possession, or control of a Bass Party before the Closing Date. This Section 5(e) shall survive the A and B Leasehold Acquisition.
Guest Property. All baggage or other property of patrons or employees of the Hotel or the Golf Course checked or left in the custody of the Hotel or the Golf Course as of the Closing Date, shall be removed by Owner on or prior to Closing and Buyer shall have no liability or responsibility with respect thereto.

Guest Property. (a) On the Closing Date, safe deposit boxes in the Hotel shall be opened in the presence of representatives of the Seller and the Purchaser and the contents thereof shall be recorded. Any property contained in the safe deposit boxes and so recorded shall be the responsibility of the Purchaser and the Purchaser hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Seller and each of the Seller Affiliates from and against any claim, loss, damage or liability (including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs of enforcement of the foregoing indemnification obligation) arising out of such property.
Guest Property. All baggage and other property belonging to guests of a Hotel ("Guest Property") that is in the care, possession, or control (including, without limitation, checked baggage and property left in safe deposit boxes) of CapStar on the day prior to the Date of this Agreement shall continue in the care, possession, or control of CapStar or shall be transitioned to the Manager, IMIC, or Hilton, as appropriate. CapStar shall be responsible for, and shall indemnify and hold Xxxxxxx and its affiliates harmless from and against any claim for, Guest Property placed in the care, possession, or control of CapStar, the Manager, or any of their affiliates before the Date of this Agreement.
