• The Customer acknowledges that Australia Post is authorised, but is under no obligation, to complete on the Customer’s behalf any documents required to comply with the Laws specified under clause 3.6, or to act as the Customer’s forwarding agent for customs and export control purposes.

• In consideration of Australia Post providing the Services, the Customer must pay the Service Fees in accordance with the payment terms set out in the General Terms.
