Common use of Guests and Visitors Clause in Contracts

Guests and Visitors. 1.) Authority permits Tenant's guests or visitors to stay in or at the Premises for a period not exceeding fourteen (14) consecutive days and a total of thirty (30) days in any twelve-month period. Permission may be granted, at the sole discretion of the Authority, upon written request to the Authority, for an extension of this provision.
