VISITORS AND GUESTS. Licensee shall permit no visitors or guests to enter their assigned living space, except as permitted by Section 1.15 Guests and Visitors of the Housing Facility Rule & Regulations Guide. The University reserves the right to deny access to any visitor or guest.
VISITORS AND GUESTS. A. Licensee shall permit no visitors or guests to enter the Housing Facility except as permitted by the Housing Administrative Policies and Regulations.
B. The Licensee must escort their guest(s) at all times. Licensees are responsible for the conduct of their guests and are liable for all negligent or intentional damage(s) caused by their guests who are bound to the same regulations which govern resident conduct.
C. Non-approved guests and/or the Licensee shall be charged a fee of $45 per day for the guests’ use of the facility.

VISITORS AND GUESTS. Licensees are responsible and accountable at all times for their own actions as well as the actions of their guests and visitors. Harassment and aggressive behavior is not permitted. The Licensee shall permit no visitors or guests to enter the housing facility except as permitted by the Guest Policy as outlined in the University Housing Policy Guide and the following policy: Licensees are responsible for their guests’ and visitors’ behavior at all times. Licensees shall register all overnight guests upon arrival. No guest may stay longer than four nights per month. Guests may be required to leave immediately and/or banned from future visits at the discretion of University Housing.
VISITORS AND GUESTS. 14.1 You are responsible for the behaviour, in the Accommodation, the Building, the Building Grounds and the local neighbourhood surrounding the Building and Building Grounds, of any invited guest (whether the invitation is express or implied). You must ensure that they do not break the terms of this Agreement. This includes children. If they do, you may be held responsible for any damage, undue wear and tear, or disturbance caused and you and that person could face legal action. Also, it may result in this Agreement being terminated early.
14.2 You agree that we may remove or exclude your invited guests from the Accommodation or the Building where we have reasonable grounds to believe that their exclusion is necessary for the safety and/or well-being of themselves, you and/or other persons and/or to safeguard our property.
14.3 You agree not to allow anyone other than the occasional adult guest (18 years and older) to stay overnight, for no more than 2 consecutive nights provided this does not annoy other residents or disrupt study. We reserve the right to withdraw this privilege on 48 hours’ notice if in our reasonable opinion it is necessary to do so for the safety and/or wellbeing of other occupants of the Building and/or to safeguard our property.

An overnight guest must have the approval of the hosting Licensee’s roommate(s) and the Resident Advisor. Licensees shall register all overnight guests at their hall’s front desk. Any unapproved guest will be required to leave. For approved guests, there is no charge for the first two days of housing facility use per calendar month. A $10 guest fee is charged for each day of such use in excess of two days per calendar month. No guest may stay in housing for more than two days per month without payment of guest fees. Guests without prior approval are charged a $20 guest fee for each day of use. No guest may stay longer than four nights per month.

The Student shall not permit or allow visitors including Family members other than Occupants to stay in the Premises for more than two weeks in any calendar year without first obtaining the University’s permission. Students are responsible for their Guests’ behaviour whether or not they participated in, condoned or were aware of the Guests’ behaviour. Anyone who is invited to, accompanied on, accepted or admitted to Family Housing by the Student is deemed to be a Guest of that Student. The Student or an adult Occupant listed on this agreement must be staying at the Premises while the Guests are staying at the Premises.

You are responsible for the behaviour, in the Accommodation, the residence, and any residence grounds including the local neighbourhood surrounding the residence and any residence grounds, of any invited guest/visitor (whether the invitation is express or implied). You must ensure that they do not break the terms of this Agreement. This includes children. If they do, you may be held responsible for any malicious and non malicious damage, undue wear and tear, or disturbance caused and you and that person could face legal action. Also, it may result in this Agreement being terminated early.
3.5.2. You agree that we may remove or exclude your invited guests from the Accommodation or the residence where we have reasonable grounds to believe that their exclusion is necessary for the safety and/or well-being of other persons and/or to safeguard our property, and to comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement
3.5.3. You agree not to allow anyone other than one occasional adult guest to stay overnight, for no more than two consecutive nights in any 7 day period, provided this does not annoy other residents or disrupt study. We reserve the right to withdraw this privilege on 48 hours’ notice if in our reasonable opinion it is necessary to do so for the safety and wellbeing of other occupants of the residence and/or to safeguard our property and to comply with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
VISITORS AND GUESTS. 11.1 You are responsible for the behaviour of any invited guest (whether the invitation is express or implied). You are not allowed to give your Keys/fobs to your guests and guests are not allowed to stay in the Accommodation without you being present. You must ensure that your guests do not breach the terms of this Contract or cause any damage. If they do, you may be held responsible for any loss suffered in accordance with clause 17.
11.2 You agree that we may remove or exclude your invited guests from the Accommodation or the Residence where we have reasonable grounds to believe that their exclusion is necessary for the safety and/or wellbeing of other persons or your invited guest and/or to safeguard our property.
11.3 You agree not to allow anyone other than one occasional adult guest to stay overnight but for no more than two consecutive nights, provided this does not adversely affect other residents or disrupt study. We reserve the right to withdraw this privilege if in our reasonable opinion it is necessary to do so for the safety and well-being of other occupants of the Residence or themselves and/or to safeguard our property.
