Utility Deposit. The Business Partner agrees, in order to receive electric, gas, water, sewer, garbage, or other utility services billed by the Utilities (“Utility Services”), to establish and maintain a deposit in an amount that is two (2) times the actual highest monthly billing, or if no actual service has been provided to the Business Partner at the location, then two (2) times the estimated highest monthly billing for the Business Partner at the locations as is determined by the Utilities in accordance with the terms and conditions herein (“Utility Deposit”). Such Utility Deposit, in the form and amount as required by the Utilities, must be established with the Utilities prior to provision of any of the Utility Services by the Utilities to the Business Partner at the location.
Utility Deposit. 1. If utilities, to include as applicable electricity, gas, water and sewer, are included as part of the rental payment, ESG Subrecipient will pay a Utility Deposit to the Landlord as required in the amount of $ .
2. The Landlord will hold this Utility Deposit during the period in which Tenant occupies the rental unit under the Lease. After Tenant has moved from the rental unit, the Landlord may use the Utility Deposit as reimbursement for amounts owed to Landlord for utilities. After deducting the amounts owed, the Landlord will promptly refund the full amount of any remaining Utility Deposit balance to ESG Subrecipient.
3. If utilities are not included as part of the rental payment, ESG Subrecipient will pay a Utility Deposit directly to the utility provider as required.

Utility Deposit. Prior to move‐in, Tenant shall pay the Authority the sum of $ as a utility deposit.
1.) The Tenant may not use the utility deposit, or any portion thereof, to pay rent due, including the final rent payment due. The Tenant may not use the utility deposit to pay any other charges while Tenant occupies the dwelling unit.
2.) After the Tenant returns the Premises to the Authority, the Authority may deduct from the utility deposit any fees, costs, or expenses owed by the Tenant for any utility charges or expenses, including, but not limited to any charges made by a utility service provider for the Premises or to the Authority related to Tenant’s failure to pay utility bills, to the disconnection of utility service out of Tenant’s name, or to the reversion of utility service back into the Authority’s name.
3.) If there are no such utility charges owed by the Tenant, then the Authority shall return the entire utility deposit to the Tenant within ten (10) days of a satisfactory showing that all utility charges incurred by the Tenant have been paid. That includes Tenant providing documentation showing that the utility bills covering the entire period of tenancy have been paid. Absent such showing within forty‐five (45) days of Lease termination, the Authority shall within fifteen (15) days thereafter, apply the utilities deposit to the outstanding utility debt incurred by the Tenant. Any refund due to the Tenant shall be paid within seven (7) days after the utility deposit has been applied to the Tenant's utility debt, or within fifteen (15) days after receipt of the Tenant's new mailing address, whichever is later.

Utility Deposit. If Seller has made any deposit with any utility company or local authority in connection with services to be provided to the Property, such deposits shall, if Purchaser so requests and if assignable, be assigned to Purchaser at the Closing and Seller shall receive a credit equal to the amounts so assigned. Seller shall cooperate with Purchaser to transfer all utility services to Purchaser at Closing.
Utility Deposit. The Student shall pay UMT the sum as stated in Section 8 of Schedule 1 hereto upon execution of this Tenancy and prior to the occupation of the Demised Premises by the Student as security and the due observance and performance by the Student of the Student’s obligation to pay and discharge during the currency of this Tenancy all rates and charges payable to any local authority or statutory body for the supply of electricity, water, telephone and other utilities to the Demised Premises and so long as the Student shall observe and perform the aforesaid obligations the same shall be returned to the Student free of interest at the determination of this Tenancy.
