Data shared with Subcontractors If DSHS Data provided under this Contract is to be shared with a subcontractor, the Contract with the subcontractor must include all of the data security provisions within this Contract and within any amendments, attachments, or exhibits within this Contract. If the Contractor cannot protect the Data as articulated within this Contract, then the contract with the sub- Contractor must be submitted to the DSHS Contact specified for this contract for review and approval.
Fire Fighting Costs of operating and maintaining the fire-fighting equipments and personnel, if any.
Illumination The Engineer shall refer to TxDOT’s Highway Illumination Manual and other deemed necessary State approved manuals for design of continuous lighting and safety lighting for all conventional, high-mast, and underpass lighting. The Engineer shall include safety lighting as part of each design on each flashing beacon and traffic signal. The Engineer shall provide a preliminary layout for initial review and approval by the State. The Engineer shall prepare circuit wiring diagrams showing the number of luminaries on each circuit, electrical conductors, length of runs, service pole assemblies. Underpass lighting must be used on all structures within each project. The Engineer shall integrate existing illumination within the project limits into the proposed design. The Engineer shall coordinate with the State to determine the location of proposed high-mast, conventional, and underpass lighting.
Firefighters Any truck with an inoperative aerial ladder shall be regularly and routinely staffed with one (1) officer and five (5) firefighters for the period of time that the aerial ladder is inoperative, or until such time as the truck with the inoperative aerial ladder is replaced with a truck with an operative aerial ladder. At 0800 and 2000 hours, all trucks shall be staffed with one (1) officer and four (4) firefighters, and any truck with an inoperative aerial ladder shall be staffed with one (1) officer and five (5) firefighters.

Towing Contractor shall meet all requirements set forth in Title 46 CFR, Part 15 for Towing Assistance. Unless otherwise specified in the work request, Purchasers require a dead-ship tow plan to be approved by the Coast Guard in accordance with the Puget Sound Harbor Safety Committee for vessels over 50-feet, unless the Coast Guard deems the plan unnecessary. Contractor is responsible to obtain a tow plan and provide Purchaser with an approved copy at least one (1) business day prior to the tow. The plan is located on the Puget Sound Harbor Safety Committee’s website under the Safety Plan link on the left side of the page (xxxx://xxxxx.xxx/about). This site will have the most update version of the plan.
Third Party Contractors Tenant shall obtain and deliver to Landlord, Third Party Contractor’s certificates of insurance and applicable endorsements at least seven (7) business days prior to the commencement of work in or about the Premises by any vendor or any other third-party contractor (collectively, a “Third Party Contractor”). All such insurance shall (a) name Landlord as an additional insured under such party’s liability policies as required by Section 10.3.1 above and this Section 10.6, (b) provide a waiver of subrogation in favor of Landlord under such Third Party Contractor’s commercial general liability insurance, (c) be primary and any insurance carried by Landlord shall be excess and non-contributing, and (d) comply with Landlord’s minimum insurance requirements.
