Guiding Partnership Principles. The parties agree that the following principles ("Guiding Partnership Principles") are important to ensure the success of their relationship. These Guiding Partnership Principles are statements regarding the parties’ overall intentions for this Agreement and any amendments or Change Orders executed pursuant to the Agreement. If any term or condition of this Agreement is ambiguous or unclear or if the parties did not anticipate a particular issue, the parties shall use the Guiding Partnership Principles to interpret or resolve the issue arising from the Effective Date of this contract.
