Habitat, Vegetation and Wildlife BMPs. During Project operations, the Certificate Holder shall implement appropriate operational BMPs to minimize impacts to plants and animals. In addition to those BMPs, the Certificate Holder shall also take the following steps to minimize impacts: 1. Implementation of the Operations Fire Control Plan developed pursuant to Article VI.F, in coordination with local fire districts, to avoid accidental wildfires and respond effectively to any fire that might occur. 2. Operational BMPs to minimize storm water runoff and soil erosion. 3. Implementation of compensatory mitigation measures identified in the Revised MDNS must be finalized within 6 months of start of Beginning of Commercial Operation. 4. Implementation of a plan to monitor revegetation and noxious weed control success and erosion caused by wind events. If deficiencies are confirmed, mitigation measures shall be instituted which shall be developed in coordination with WDFW and approved by EFSEC.
