Haleon Licence. Haleon hereby grants Supplier a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, fully paid-up, royalty free licence to Haleon's IPR to use, copy and modify such materials as are made available by Haleon to the extent necessary for Supplier to provide the Goods and Services and so far as Haleon is free and able to do so. Supplier has no right to sublicense the same, except as necessary to any approved subcontractor and no right to reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble such Haleon materials, except as expressly permitted by Xxxxxx.
