DRIVERS LICENCE. You must carry your Driver Licence and/or the copy of your English Translation on you at all times while driving. Please also keep a copy of your Rental Agreement in the vehicle at all times.

DRIVERS LICENCE. A current Victorian driver’s licence is required for this position
DRIVERS LICENCE. A full driver’s licence must be presented for each nominated driver. If the licence is not in English format, an international driver’s licence is required.
DRIVERS LICENCE. In the event that an employee who requires a valid driver’s licence to carry out normal job duties loses his/her licence for a period of time, the Company will attempt to provide reasonable accommodation to such an employee. If no reasonable accommodation is possible, the employee will be placed on leave of absence without pay. The affected employee has three (3) principal responsibilities throughout: 1. To advise his manager of any Highway Traffic Act violation where operating a Company vehicle and advise his manager of a potential loss of license and the time frame thereof, 2. To provide sufficient documentation of the loss, and 3. To advise the Company at least 30 days prior to the estimated date of return of licence. The specifics of each case will be discussed with the President as soon as possible.
DRIVERS LICENCE. Where it is a requirement of the position that an employee holds a drivers licence, which requires a medical to be completed, the Employer shall pay the cost for the employee’s medical examination conditional upon the employee submitting a receipt from the doctor. All employees shall provide the Employer with a copy of their current and up-to-date driver’s license and shall immediately inform the Employer of any charges or convictions that may effect their driving status or legal ability to operate motor vehicle.
DRIVERS LICENCE. The University reimburses the cost for the issuance or renewal of the driver’s licence when required by the University. The cost is that of the base fee for a driver’s licence without demerit points, as established by the SAAQ. If an employee must, during his normal working hours, take an exam to obtain a certificate of competency or of qualification that is required to fulfil the requirements of his trade, he is entitled to a day of leave without loss of regular pay in addition to examination-related costs.
DRIVERS LICENCE. 35.01 All employees shall supply to the Employer a photocopy of the entire face of the validated driver's licence certificate on an annual basis at the time their driver's licence is renewed. Any employee who fails to do so shall not be scheduled to work until such time as the required photocopy is supplied. 35.02 Any employee who has had their driver's licence suspended or revoked shall report same to the Employer immediately. Failure to immediately report any driver's licence suspension or revocation may, in the discretion of the Employer, result in termination of employment and such termination shall be deemed for just cause. 35.03 Any revocation or suspension of a driver's licence which is not appealed by the employee, or where the employee has lost that appeal may, in the discretion of the Employer, result in the employee being suspended without pay or benefits for a period of time equal to the period of time for which the employee's driver's licence has been suspended. Prior to being reinstated by the Employer, the employee must produce evidence satisfactory to the Employer of having obtained a new driver's licence.

DRIVERS LICENCE. 9.1 A valid full (non-probationary) driver’s licence (state or national) plus International Drivers Permit (for foreign licensed drivers) and valid Passport is required for each nominated renter which must be presented at the time of Hire. Holders of Swiss, German, French, Belgian, Monaco and Taiwanese licenses must also carry a Japanese translation of the driving license. 9.2 A fee of ¥250 per day per extra driver is applicable and payable on pick up. Extra driver fees are payable up to a maximum of ¥6250 per extra driver (25 days), thereafter no more fee applies. Up to 4 additional drivers are allowed. 9.3 All additional drivers must be noted and must sign the Rental Agreement. Any drivers, that join mid-rental, are required to pay the appropriate Extra Driver fee for the full amount of all rental days of the booking. 9.4 Only those individuals who are named and are signatories to the Rental Agreement are authorized to drive the Vehicle.
DRIVERS LICENCE. Separate payment for licences/permits will not be made as they are incorporated in the employees' rate of pay.
DRIVERS LICENCE. C.7.1 Council will reimburse any Employee whose duties require them to drive a vehicle during the course of their normal duties the cost of the driver’s licence fee. C.7.2 The payment of the licence fee will be made to relevant Employees in January of each year and will be equivalent to one (1) year’s licence fee. C.7.3 Prior to the payment being made, the Employee must provide to Council a copy of the Employee’s current driver’s licence.
