Common use of Half-Time Employees Clause in Contracts

Half-Time Employees. A. Half-time employees may return to full-time status within their area of certification/licensure at the beginning of any school year. They shall retain full seniority rights. B. In the instance of a half-time employee desiring to return to full-time status where the half-time position is not being reduced, that person shall have full rights under Section 17.4 Voluntary Transfer of this provision.
