Half Sample Clauses

Half day employment is credited as full system seniority but other seniority is credited at one-half effective August 1, 1998.
Half time employees in this Unit eligible for membership in LACERS shall, upon written request to the appointing authority, be certified as LACERS members upon appointment, or anytime thereafter. This provision shall apply to half-time employees hired in accordance with Civil Service provisions of the Charter and to exempt employees appointed to regular and continuous half-time schedules. Halftime employees who are exempt from Civil Service shall be certified following two years of continuous half-time service of at least 1000 compensated hours during each of the two years.
Half time: A bargaining unit member who is employed at least 510 hours per school year.
Half time, regular Bargaining Unit Members, shall be defined as Bargaining Unit Members working hours less than full-time but having at a minimum 50% of the hours per day worked by a full-time position with similar duties and responsibilities. Half-time regular Bargaining Unit Members shall be eligible for BISD payment of one-half (1/2) of normal insurance premiums, subject to carrier requirements and one-half (1/2) of other benefits for the classification. The Bargaining Unit Members shall be responsible for the other half (1/2) of the premium. No fringe benefits will be granted to any Bargaining Unit Member working less than 17.5 hours per week. Availability of fringe benefits will not be extended beyond these parameters regardless of any insurance company’s willingness to provide coverage or the Bargaining Unit Member’s willingness to pay for insurance coverage.

Half term report A half-term report shall be submitted by the Awardee to ISRHML and the Family Xxxxxxx-Xxxxxxxxxx Foundation (“FLRF”) six (6) months after commencement of the TEP program by the Awardee, containing the following information and prepared according to the report outline set forth in Annex 3 attached hereto: status of project and financial update. The half-term report is to be signed by the Awardee and the Host Institution.
Half shift means one-half the duration of a shift, except for employees on Compressed Work Week schedules.
