Hand-Over to Next Contractor. Towards the end of the Service Period, the Contractor shall assist the Company to hand over the Bulk Store, Sub-stores, Pharmacies, equipment and facilities to the forthcoming contractor for operation of the Bulk Store, Sub-stores, and Pharmacies as requested by the Company. Such assistance shall be the Contractor’s obligation under the Contract and no payment thereon shall be given to the Contractor. The Company reserves the right to request the Contractor to transfer the sponsorship of the Contractor’s Personnel during the hand-over period to the new Contractor’s sponsorship, and the Contractor shall have the obligation to transfer the sponsorship to the new Contractor without any delay or exceptions. In such cases, no financial obligations shall accrue upon the Company or the forthcoming contractor to the benefit of the Contractor.
