HANDING OVER OF DEMISED PREMISES. 29.1 At the time of handover of the Demised Premises for the interior / fit-out works, THE LESSEE is satisfied that the construction work as also various installations as per Annexure T-V are in good working condition and issues, if any, with respect thereto have been resolved and rectified before its taking possession of the Demised Premises.
