HANDOVER OF BUS DEPOT. For the purposes of maintenance, daily cleaning and parking of Buses, subject to the execution of a Depot License Agreement as provided in Schedule-V to this Contract, the Authority shall provide a Bus Depot to the Operator. It is hereby clarified that the Operator shall only have a limited right of way and right to use the Bus Depot subject to the terms of the Depot License Agreement and the terms contained herein.
