HANDWASHING, PERSONAL PROTECTIVE EQUIPMENT, AND TESTING. Renters, event promoters, event producers, exhibitors, vendors, and their respective contractors, subcontractors and volunteers (collectively, “Business Partners”) conducting business at the OCFEC must require all customer-facing employees to either wash their hands or use hand sanitizer every thirty minutes, or wear disposable gloves which are to be changed as frequently as specified by guidelines established for each applicable job assignment. Face coverings must be provided to all employees.
