HARASSMENT AND DISCRIMINATION PREVENTION. 23.1 The Union and the University do not condone harassment or discrimination. 23.1.1 Harassment and discrimination are defined in the University of Regina’s policy and procedures for the prevention of harassment and discrimination. 23.1.2 Harassment and/or discrimination may be the subject of disciplinary action. Any discipline imposed on an employee for harassment and/or discrimination shall be subject to the grievance / arbitration process. 23.1.3 Situations involving direction of the work force, or appropriate disciplinary actions, are not considered harassment.
