Hardware / Software / Services Purchased Through Super Sample Clauses

Hardware / Software / Services Purchased Through Super. Techs Onsite. Unless otherwise stated in a SOW, all hardware, software, peripherals or accessories purchased through Super Techs Onsite (“Third Party Products”) are nonrefundable once the applicable purchase order is placed in Super Techs Onsite ’s queue for delivery. We will use reasonable efforts to assign, transfer and facilitate all warranties (if any) and service level commitments (if any) for the Third Party Products to you, but will have no liability whatsoever for the quality, functionality or operability of any Third Party Products, and we will not be held liable as an insurer or guarantor of the performance, uptime or usefulness of any Third Party Products. Unless otherwise expressly stated in a SOW, all Third-Party Products are provided “as is” and without any warranty whatsoever as between Super Techs Onsite and you (including but not limited to implied warranties). Super Techs Onsite will perform warranty-related services only if agreed upon in a SOW.

  • Dimensions Education Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related field. Or equivalent work experience. A minimum of 10 years of IT and business/industry work experience, with at least 3 years of leadership experience in managing multiple, large, cross-functional teams or projects, and influencing senior level management and key stakeholders. Requires advanced technical and business knowledge in software development life cycle, quality assurance, project management and other related disciplines/processes.

  • WHEREAS the Company desires the Warrant Agent to act on behalf of the Company, and the Warrant Agent is willing to so act, in connection with the issuance, registration, transfer, exchange, redemption and exercise of the Warrants; and

  • NOW THEREFORE the parties hereto agree as follows:

  • Definitions As used in this Agreement, the following terms shall have the following meanings:

  • Notices Any notice, request or other document required or permitted to be given or delivered to the Holder by the Company shall be delivered in accordance with the notice provisions of the Purchase Agreement.

  • IN WITNESS WHEREOF the parties hereto have executed this Agreement as of the date first above written.

  • Severability Any provision of this Agreement that is prohibited or unenforceable in any jurisdiction shall, as to such jurisdiction, be ineffective to the extent of such prohibition or unenforceability without invalidating the remaining provisions hereof, and any such prohibition or unenforceability in any jurisdiction shall not invalidate or render unenforceable such provision in any other jurisdiction.
