Common use of Hashed Records Clause in Contracts

Hashed Records. In the event that the Customer Data includes Hashed Records, LinkedIn will not attempt to decrypt or decode such Hashed Records. In the event that Customer opts-out of the Member Co-op, then any Hashed Records provided by Customer will only be matched against the Basic Cookie Pool. Otherwise, Customer agrees to participate in the Member Co-Op and such Hashed Records will be matched against the Enhanced Cookie Pool.
