The Borrower shall at all times keep the Development insured against loss by fire and such other hazards, casualties, liabilities and contingencies, and in such amounts and for such periods as required by the Department. The Owner shall at all times keep the Property and the Affordable Housing Development insured against loss by fire and such other hazards, casualties, liabilities and contingencies, and in such amounts and for such periods as required by the City. All insurance policies and renewals thereof shall be issued by a carrier and in form acceptable to the City.
Hazard and Liability Insurance and Condemnation. Owner shall, at all times, keep the Property and the Shelter insured against loss by fire and such other hazards, casualties, liabilities and contingencies, and in such amounts and for such periods as required by City. All insurance policies and renewals thereof shall be issued by a carrier and in form acceptable to City. In the event of any fire or other casualty to the Property or the Shelter, or eminent domain proceedings resulting in condemnation of the Property or Project, or any part thereof, Owner shall have the right to rebuild the Property or the Project, and to use all available insurance or condemnation proceeds therefore, provided that, as determined by City in its sole discretion, (a) such proceeds are sufficient to rebuild the Property or Project in a manner that ensures continued operation of the Property as contemplated herein, (b) City shall have the right to approve plans and specifications for any major rebuilding and the right to approve disbursements of insurance or condemnation proceeds for rebuilding under a construction escrow or similar arrangement, and (c) no material breach or default then exists under this Covenant. If the casualty or condemnation affects only part of the Property or Shelter, and total rebuilding is infeasible, as determined by City in its sole discretion, then, proceeds may be used for partial rebuilding of the Property or Shelter.

  • General Liability Insurance The Contractor must secure and maintain Commercial General Liability Insurance, including bodily injury, property damage, products, personal and advertising injury, and completed operations. This insurance must provide coverage for all claims that may arise from performance of the Contract or completed operations, whether by the Contractor or anyone directly or indirectly employed by the Contractor. Such insurance must include the State of Florida as an additional insured for the entire length of the resulting contract. The Contractor is responsible for determining the minimum limits of liability necessary to provide reasonable financial protections to the Contractor and the State of Florida under the resulting contract.

  • PROFESSIONAL LIABILITY INSURANCE (ERRORS & OMISSIONS) Professional Liability Insurance for Errors and Omissions coverage in the amount of not less than ($1,000,000). If CONTRACTOR sub-contracts in support of CONTRACTOR’S work provided for in the agreement, Professional Liability Insurance for Errors shall be provided by the sub-contractor in an amount not less than one million dollars ($1,000,000) in aggregate. The insurance coverage provided by the CONTRACTOR shall contain language providing coverage up to one (1) year following completion of the contract in order to provide insurance coverage for the hold harmless provisions herein if the policy is a claims-made policy.

  • Umbrella/Excess Liability Insurance Umbrella or Excess Liability Insurance with limits not less than Two Million Dollars ($2,000,000.00) per occurrence, which will provide additional limits for employers’ general insurance and shall cover the Board and its employees, subject to that of the primary coverage.
