Hazardous/Unsafe Working Conditions and Working Alone in Building. An Instructional Assistant shall not be required to work in a hazardous or unsafe area (e.g., in the presence of toxic fumes or chemicals, in extreme weather conditions without appropriate heat or cooling, etc.), and shall not normally be assigned to work alone in a work site outside of regular working hours.
