HAZARDOUS WASTE INDEMNIFICATION. The LPA shall hold harmless, defend, and indemnify the Secretary, the Secretary’s agents, and employees from all claims, including contract claims and associated expenses, and from all fines, penalties, fees, or costs imposed under state or federal laws arising out of or related to any act of omission by the LPA in undertaking cleanup or remediation for any Hazardous Waste.
