Rate Structure. County, through its Board of Supervisors, and after joint discussions and agreement between County and Contractor shall have right to change the relationship of individual Rates in comparison with other Rates and to allocate total costs among Service Sectors and lines of business. If at any time Contractor believes that a rate not included in the County-approved rate schedule would be necessary or useful, Contractor shall notify County and recommend establishment of such rate.
Rate Structure. (a) From the Closing Date until December 31, 2010 (the “Rate Stabilization Period”) and subject to the approval of the PSC, the Buyer shall be permitted to increase the rates for customers in existence on and after the Closing Date in the Service Area only on an annual basis by the change in the Revised Consumer Price Index for all Urban Consumers, all items, U.S. City Average, as reported by the Bureau of Labor Statistics, Department of Labor (the “CPI”). The change in the CPI shall be determined by multiplying the existing customer rates by a fraction (a) the numerator of which is the difference between (i) the CPI for the last full calendar year, and (ii) the CPI for the last full calendar year for the preceding year (the “Prior Year’s CPI”), and (b) the denominator of which is the Prior Year's CPI. Each change in CPI pursuant to this Section 7.5(a) shall be calculated as of January 1 of each calendar year within the Rate Stabilization Period and shall be determined by the Buyer within forty-five (45) days after the date on which the CPI for the last full calendar year is publicly released by the Bureau of Labor Statistics, Department of Labor, which adjustment in rates shall be applied retroactively to January 1 of each such calendar year within the Rate Stabilization Period. (b) During the Rate Stabilization Period, upon request by the Buyer, the County shall support in writing and otherwise reasonably cooperate with the Buyer to assist the Buyer in the obtaining of any authorizations or other Permits from the PSC sought by the Buyer in connection with the adjustment of the customer rates for the Service Area pursuant to Section 7.5(a). (c) Nothing set forth in this Agreement shall prohibit the Buyer’s imposition of PSC-approved connection fees or charges on new customers in the Service Area who are served by any Facility beginning after the Closing Date.
Rate Structure. (a) Reimbursement for maternity care furnished by an authorized birthing center shall be limited to the lower of the TRICARE established all-inclusive rate or the center’s most-favored all- inclusive rate. (b) The all-inclusive rate shall include the following to the extent that they are usually associated with a normal pregnancy and childbirth: laboratory studies, prenatal management, labor management, delivery, post-partum management, newborn care, birth assistant, certified nurse-midwife professional services, physician professional services, and the use of the facility. (c) The TRICARE established all-inclusive rate is equal to the sum of the TRICARE area prevailing professional charge for total obstetrical care for a normal pregnancy and delivery and the sum of the average TRICARE allowable institutional charges for supplies, laboratory, and delivery room for a hospital inpatient normal delivery. (d) Extraordinary maternity care services, when otherwise authorized, may be reimbursed at the lesser of the billed charge or the TRICARE allowable charge. (e) Reimbursement for an incomplete course of care will be limited to claims for professional services and tests where the beneficiary has been screened but rejected for admission into the birthing center program, or where the beneficiary has been admitted but is discharged from the birthing center program prior to delivery. These charges will be adjudicated by CHAMPUS as individual professional services and items.
Rate Structure. A. This Agreement is not intended and shall not be construed to limit the Commission’s right (a) to adjust the structure of the rate schedule applicable to the Wholesale Customers (i.e., the relationship among the several charges set out therein) or (b) to add, delete, or change the various charges which make up the rate schedule, provided that neither such charges nor the structure of the rate schedule(s) applicable to the Wholesale Customers shall be arbitrary, unreasonable, or unjustly discriminatory as among said customers. The SFPUC will give careful consideration to proposals for changes in the rate schedule made jointly by the Wholesale Customers but, subject to the limitations set out above, shall retain the sole and exclusive right to determine the structure of the rate schedule. B. If the SFPUC intends to recommend that the Commission adopt one or more changes to the structure of wholesale rates (currently set forth in SFPUC Rate Schedule W-25), it shall prepare and distribute to the Wholesale Customers and BAWSCA a report describing the proposed change(s), the purpose(s) for which it/they are being considered, and the estimated financial effect on individual Wholesale Customers or classes of customers. Wholesale Customers may submit comments on the report to the SFPUC for sixty (60) days after receiving the report. The SFPUC will consider these comments and, if it determines to recommend that the Commission adopt the change(s), as described in the report or as modified in response to comments, the SFPUC General Manager shall submit a report to the Commission recommending specific change(s) in the rate structure. Copies of the General Manager’s report shall be sent to all Wholesale Customers and BAWSCA at least thirty (30) days prior to the Commission meeting at which the changes will be considered. C. The SFPUC may recommend, and the Commission may adopt, changes in the structure of wholesale rates at any time. However, the new rate schedule implementing these changes will become effective at the beginning of the following fiscal year.
Rate StructureDETERMINATION OF RATE‌ The TRICARE rate is the per diem rate that TRICARE will authorize for all mental health services rendered to a patient and the patient’s family as part of the total treatment plan submitted by an approved IOP, and approved by DHA or a designee. The per diem rate will be as specified in 32 CFR 199.14(a)(2)(ix)(C).
