Common use of Hazards Clause in Contracts

Hazards. 16.1. Supplier shall, and shall ensure that its staff and those of any sub-contractor shall, when working on any site in connection with the Agreement, comply with all relevant environmental, occupational health and safety legislation and any other appropriate standards, policies and procedures notified by GSK from time to time. 16.2. Supplier will provide applicable hazard information such as material safety data sheets and will inform GSK of all regulations and guidance (statutory or otherwise) which Supplier knows or believes to be associated with the Goods and any combination of the Goods with another product. 16.3. Supplier shall indemnify GSK and its Affiliates, and keep them indemnified, on demand from and against all Losses incurred or suffered as a result of or in connection with any third party claim arising from Supplier's or Supplier's sub-contractors' actions resulting in alleged release of any waste, hazardous substance or other pollutant. 16.4. Supplier will endeavour to exceed any statutory minimum environmental, occupational health and safety requirements in accordance with generally accepted best working practices and any specific standards or other requirements of GSK.

The Supplier will provide applicable hazard information such as material safety data sheets sheets, and will inform GSK of all regulations and guidance (statutory or otherwise) which that the Supplier knows or believes to be associated with the Goods Goods, and any combination of the Goods with another product. 16.315.3. The Supplier shall will indemnify GSK and its Affiliates, and keep them indemnified, on demand from and against all Losses incurred or suffered as a result of or in connection with any third party claim arising from actions by the Supplier or the Supplier's or Supplier's sub-contractors' actions subcontractors, resulting in the alleged release of any waste, hazardous substance or other pollutant. 16.415.4. The Supplier will endeavour to exceed any statutory minimum environmental, occupational health and safety requirements in accordance with generally accepted best working practices and any specific standards or other requirements of GSK.

Supplier shall indemnify GSK STI and its Affiliates, and keep them indemnified, on demand from and against all Losses incurred or suffered as a result of or in connection with any third party claim arising from Supplier's ’s or Supplier's ’s sub-contractors' ’ actions resulting in alleged release of any waste, hazardous substance or other pollutant. 16.414.4. Supplier will endeavour to exceed any statutory minimum environmental, occupational health and safety requirements in accordance with generally accepted best working practices and any specific standards or other requirements of GSKSTI.
