Benefits for Regular Part-Time Employees. (a) A Regular Part-Time Employee who occupies a position with a regular schedule of core hours each week equal to or greater than twenty (20) hours shall receive the following benefits:
Benefits for Regular Part-Time Employees. If an Employee's scheduled hours are significantly and consistently less than those actually worked, the Employee shall receive benefits in proportion to the hours actually worked.
Benefits for Regular Part-Time Employees. Section 29.1 – Holidays. Regular part-time employees are paid for holidays according to the schedule below based on the employee’s work schedule on file with payroll. When a holiday falls during an employee’s scheduled time off, the employee usually takes compensating time off with pay in the same workweek. Exceptions to this policy are approved by the department head and payroll is notified. Benefits for Regular Part-Time Employees. 13.1. Benefits for regular part-time employees will be administered as provided for in the Personnel Manual, as it may hereafter be amended or revised, and such other policies or executive orders as may be applicable. Health benefits for regular part-time employees will be prorated in the same manner as sick leave and vacation accrual set out in the Personnel Manual as amended or hereafter revised.
Benefits for Regular Part-Time Employees. Benefits for Regular Part-time Employees covered by this Collective Agreement will be limited to those specifically provided to such Regular Part-time Employees in this Agreement.
Benefits for Regular Part-Time Employees. A regular part-time employee shall receive benefits as provided for in this agreement on a prorata basis based upon hours regularly scheduled to work unless specified otherwise in the section of this Agreement establishing the benefit. The prorata basis is established at the time that the employee is initially designated as a regular part-time employee and does not change unless the Employer changes the number of hours in their regular schedule on a permanent basis. A listing of the regular part- time employees and the number of hours in their regular schedules for proration purposes and a listing of irregular part time road patrol deputies shall be provided by the employer, no more than twice per calendar year. The list will be provided in response to union request.
Benefits for Regular Part-Time Employees. Regular part-time employees working at least twenty (20) hours per week, shall be entitled to Authority-paid medical insurance as described in Section 1 and shall be entitled to purchase dental insurance as described in Section 4.
Benefits for Regular Part-Time Employees. (i) The Society will provide (subject to eligibility) benefits outlined in this article pro-rated for regular part-time employees.
Benefits for Regular Part-Time Employees. The Hospital agrees to provide the Flexible Benefit Plan, including core coverage for Catastrophic Health Care, life insurance and AD&D, and $1100in either cash or credit towards optional health, dental and AD&D plans (including a Health Care Spending account) for eligible regular part-time and casual part- time employees. Eligible employees are those who work at least twelve (12) hours per week on average during a twelve (12) month period prior to the annual Flex Benefit Plan renewal date. New participants will be required to meet the eligibility criteria during the first three (3) months of regular or casual part-time employment. Part-time employees who do not qualify will receive 8% in lieu of the Flexible benefit Plan. This provision will be effective on the first day of September, 2013.
Benefits for Regular Part-Time Employees. Effective the date of ratification of the Memorandum of Agreement, the Employer and the Union agree to add the words “(35-hour work week positions), 978 hours (37.5-hour work week positions) or 1044 hours (40-hour work week positions),” between the words “913 hours” and “and regularly” in the first lines of Clause 10.60(b), (c) and (d). This shall only apply to employees hired after date of ratification.
