Common use of Hazards Clause in Contracts

Hazards. Buyer will provide written notice to Supplier of any hazardous materials or environments at Buyer’s site. Buyer will supply, at Buyer’s expense, reasonable protection for Supplier’s personnel against such hazards and appropriate training of Supplier’s personnel for any special procedures and precautions necessary to perform the Services, including but not limited to, gowning procedures and corporate and site safety requirements.
