This Agreement supersedes and replaces all prior written or oral agreements, negotiations, and understandings regarding such subject matter. Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, if a written contract signed by both parties is in existence that covers the sale of the Goods and Services covered by this Order, the terms and conditions of that contract shall prevail to the extent they are inconsistent with these GTCs.
