The headings and captions of the various subdivisions of this Agreement are for convenience of reference only and shall in no way modify, or affect the meaning or construction of any of the terms or provisions hereof. The provisions of the following Sections of this Agreement are in addition to, and do not limit, each other: Sections 6 and 5(a); Sections 7 and 5(g); Sections 12(k) and 12(f); and Sections 12(l) and 12(d).

The headings in this Agreement are inserted for convenience only and shall not be taken into consideration in the interpretation or construction of this Agreement.
