Headings, Number & Gender. Section headings used in this Guaranty are for convenience only. They are not a part of this Guaranty and shall not be used in construing it. Wherever appropriate in this Guaranty, the singular shall be deemed to also refer to the plural, and the plural to the singular, and pronouns of certain genders shall be deemed to include either or both of the other genders.
