Masculine and Feminine. The masculine or feminine gender may be used interchangeably throughout this Agreement. Wherever one gender is used it shall be construed as meaning the other if the facts or context so require.

Bulletin Boards The Association shall have the privilege of using a notice board located in a mutually agreeable location, provided all bulletins or notices are signed by the President or any authorized signing officer of the Association with a to the Vice-president of Human Resources. All employees refusing without good and sufficient reasons to undergo vaccination or inoculation and other clinical procedures when required may be transferred to another job or placed on leave of absence without pay until the emergency is over. Should an employee be absent from duty due to a reaction which, in the opinion of the Director of Health Services, is directly attributable to an immunization, remuneration will be discussed on an individual basis. The words "other clinical procedures" refer to those covered by the Public Hospitals Act. The Hospital agrees to compensate probationary employees who are not by sick leave. It shall be the duty of employees to notify the Hospital promptly of any change of address, telephone number, name, next of kin, marital status, and number of dependents in writing. Should an employee fail to notify the Hospital of a change of address, the Hospital shall not be held responsible for the failure of any notices which may be required under the terms of this agreement to reach such employees. Any such notices as are required herein shall be made by registered mail. The compulsory retirement age for all employees will be years of age and in keeping with the Hospital policy they must retire not later than the end of the month in which their 65th birthday falls.
