Headlands Name/Logo. The GreenPoint Entities agree not to contest or object to the use by the Headlands Foundation, a California non profit public benefit corporation (the "Headlands Foundation") of (i) the term "Headlands" in the name of the Headlands Foundation and (ii) the lighthouse logo previously used by Headlands Mortgage Company; provided, however, that (A) the Headlands Foundation continues to qualify as a 501(c)(3) corporation under the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, and (B) the Headlands Foundation does not directly or indirectly engage in the business activity of residential finance, including, without limitation, originating or servicing mortgage loans. If the above correctly reflects your understanding of the agreement negotiated and reached between you and GreenPoint, kindly sign an original of this letter agreement below where indicated and return it to me.   • Partnership Name The name of the Partnership is “OZ Advisors II LP.” The name of the Partnership may be changed from time to time by the General Partner.

  • Formation; Name The Company was formed by the filing of the Certificate. The Company shall be operated as a limited liability company pursuant to this Agreement and the Act. Whenever the terms of this Agreement conflict with any provision of the Act, the terms of this Agreement shall control except to the extent any provision of the Act cannot be waived or altered by a limited liability company operating agreement. The Company shall be operated under the name “General Cable Overseas Holdings, LLC.” The Member or an authorized Person shall file such other certificates and documents as are necessary to qualify the Company to conduct business in any jurisdiction in which the Company conducts business.

  • Use of the Name BlackRock The Advisor has consented to the use by the Fund of the name or identifying word “BlackRock” in the name of the Fund. Such consent is conditioned upon the employment of the Advisor as the investment advisor to the Fund. The name or identifying word “BlackRock” may be used from time to time in other connections and for other purposes by the Advisor and any of its affiliates. The Advisor may require the Fund to cease using “BlackRock” in the name of the Fund if the Fund ceases to employ, for any reason, the Advisor, any successor thereto or any affiliate thereof as investment advisor of the Fund.

  • Name; Trade Names and Styles The name of Borrower set forth in the heading to this Agreement is its correct name. Listed on the Schedule are all prior names of Borrower and all of Borrower's present and prior trade names. Borrower shall give Silicon 30 days' prior written notice before changing its name or doing business under any other name. Borrower has complied, and will in the future comply, with all laws relating to the conduct of business under a fictitious business name.

  • Trade Name “Capital One Auto Receivables, LLC” is the only trade name under which the Seller is currently operating its business. For the six (6) years (or such shorter period of time during which the Seller was in existence) preceding the date hereof, the Seller operated its business under the trade name “Capital One Auto Receivables, LLC”. “Capital One Auto Receivables, LLC” is the name of the Seller indicated on the public record of the Seller’s jurisdiction of organization which shows the Seller to have been organized.
