Common use of Health and Disability Insurance Clause in Contracts

Health and Disability Insurance. During the term of his employment, the Executive shall be entitled to participate in the medical (including hospitalization), dental, life and disability plans, to the extent offered by the Bank, and in amounts consistent with the Bank’s policy, for other senior executive officers of the Bank, with premiums for all such insurance for the Executive and his dependents to be paid by the Bank in accordance with normal payroll practices but at least monthly.
