Common use of Health and Human Services Clause in Contracts

Health and Human Services. Contract Number _H_HS_0_01_3_9_2_5_0_0_0_0_9 Attachment __C CONTRACT AFFIRMATIONS For purposes of these Contract Affirmations, HHS includes both the Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC) and the Department of State Health Services (DSHS). System Agency refers to HHSC, DSHS, or both, that will be a party to this Contract.
