The Company and the Union realize the benefits to be derived from adherence to the appropriate federal Industrial Health and Safety Regulations (“I.H.S.R.”) policies, practices and procedures, all of which promote and maintain a safe and healthy workplace. Accordingly, upon ratification of the Collective Agreement, the Company agrees to jointly develop and implement the following Health and Safety programs:
