Health Care Premium Calendar Year. There shall be no increase to the employee portion of the health care premiums during the 2016 2018 health plan year (calendar year). This language automatically sunsets on December 31, 20162018. In October, November and December 2017, and October, November and December 2018, bargaining unit members enrolled in the County health plan will receive a three month rate holiday equivalent to the “employee only” amount (which would be applied to all levels of coverage).
