Health Care Savings Plan Contribution for Employees. Hired After January 1, 2006: In addition to the monthly pay prescribed elsewhere in this contract any full-time and permanent Employee shall receive, an amount equal to two and one-half percent (2.5%) of his or her Basic Monthly Pay deposited into a post-employment health care savings plan account, known as the Minnesota Health Care Savings Plan, administered by the Minnesota State Retirement System, established by the Employer in the name of the Employee.

  • Health Care Savings Plan As provided in this Agreement, eligible ASF Members will participate in the health care savings plan (HCSP) established under Minnesota Statute 352.98, and as administered by the Plan Administrator. The Employer is responsible only for transferring funds, as specified in this agreement, to the Plan Administrator.
